Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST BE in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original delivery packaging. The package MUST BE unopened. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@justcoolthing.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The shipping cost is due to the customer.

Please NOTICE you have 72HRS to contact us for a return after the package has been delivered to you!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@justcoolthing.com immediately with a video, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The final decision if a product will be replaced free of cost lies solely with justcoolthing.com and we reserve the right of refusal.  

We are not responsible for any water damage. We are not responsible for an incorrect use of our items, we recommend to use all our products with lube.

Please check the item size before purchasing the product, we will not make a refund if the product doesn't fit you (too big or too small).

Please note: Sex toys are something really personal and we can't resend a new toy or make a refund if the toy doesn't meet your expectation.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Notice that all items must be returned within 72 hours of receiving our instructions on where to return the package!

Notice that discount codes are not cumulative.

Order Cancellation/Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, so order cancellation due to a change of mind is NOT possible. For changes about shipping address you have time until 11:59pm (same day you have order it).

Delivered/Undeliverable/Incorrect Address Orders 

It is solely the customers responsibility to provide us with 100% accurate delivery information when the order is placed. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received from the courier. Please take care in providing your shipping information, apartment number, whom the package is addressed to (Occupant of the address), and complete delivery address at the time your order is placed. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Packages delivered to the wrong address, marked as undeliverable/disposed, addressee unknown, incomplete address, or, returned to sender will not result in a free replacement or a refund.

If your item is back to our warehouse for an incomplete or incorrect address we can reship it to you, but shipping cost is due to the customer ( $10 shipping fees or $18 if more than 1 item were back to us ).

Just Cool Thing is not responsible for ANY lost or stolen items. Once package is said to be delivered & you haven’t received it, please reach out to Local Postal Service (USPS, ROYAL MAIL, etc..). Packages marked as DELIVERED will not result in a free replacement or a refund!
