Shipping is discreet and will not have any product name visible.

You must be at least 18 years of age to order from Just Cool Thing.  By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 1-3 Business Days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing time may be delayed by a few days.

Estimated shipping times by country:

United States: 2 - 5 days (**)

Other Countries: 7 - 12 days (*)

The Shipping time is intended as business days.

DUE TO CHINESE NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS FROM 12th FEB TO 24th FEB SHIPPING TIME IS 12-18 BUSINESS DAYS WORLDWIDE

*for remote area the shipping time could be 2-3 more days.

**Some items shipped to United States can take 7-12 business days to arrive. During the check-out process if this is the case, it will appear this specific shipping method.

Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (FREE): Including tracking number
• Premium Insured Shipping (3.95$): Including tracking number + 100% insured shipping. If your order is lost in transit, you will receive a full refund.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic email from the system, providing you with a tracking number. Keep an eye on your spam email folder as well. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll resolve it: info@justcoolthing.com 

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing or delays with local forwarders that we can not control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Taxes/Customs Fees 

Just Cool thing will not be able to cover or refund any duty fees incurred by your local laws. In most cases, VAT and customs fees will not apply due to the relatively low value of the shipment. However, we still encourage checking the customs and VAT laws of your local region before making a purchase.

Notice

Just Cool Thing is not responsible for ANY lost, stolen or damaged items. Once package is said to be delivered & you haven’t received it, please reach out to Local Postal Service (USPS, ROYAL MAIL, etc..). Packages marked as DELIVERED will not result in a replacement or a refund!

All our packages are shipped from United States or China, it depends on stocks.

We currently DO NOT SHIP to: Saudi Arabia, Cambodia, Cuba, Crimea Region (Russia or Ukraine and zip code between 95000 and 98690), Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Venezuela, Pakistan, Lebanon, Russian Federation, Syria, Kuwait, Kosovo and Yemen.
